QRO. VERIFICADO is a digital trust infrastructure designed to perform technical, documentary, and operational consistency evaluations for websites and digital businesses in the state of Querétaro, Mexico, governed by the methodological standard ESCODI-QRO-001 V1.0.
The awarded Digital Trust Validation confirms strictly that the audited web domain met observable criteria of technical security (HTTPS/SSL), functional contact channels, verified commercial identity, and local presence at the time of evaluation.
Validity Period: Approved Digital Trust Validations remain valid for a period of one (1) calendar year (12 months) from the date of dictamen approval, subject to continuous compliance and renewal.
Approved businesses receive a dynamic integration snippet (Digital Seal) to embed on their validated web domain. The applicant agrees to the following conditions of use:
SGSD reserves the right to suspend or revoke the validation and deactivate the Digital Seal without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Any user or consumer may submit a formal report of inconsistency or fraudulent activity regarding a verified business through our public reporting channel: https://qroverificado.com/reportar.php.
Upon receiving a report, SGSD initiates an internal review process. If critical non-compliance is confirmed, the verified business will be granted 5 business days to clarify or resolve the issue, failing which the validation will be suspended or revoked.
Online electronic transactions made within the platform (including validation processing fees and renewal charges) are processed directly via the secure payment infrastructure of Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
By completing a payment, the user agrees to Stripe's official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). SGSD does not store or process full card numbers or sensitive banking data on its servers.
Participants in special programs (such as the Entrepreneur Support Program) maintain preferential annual renewal terms provided that renewals are completed continuously within the established timeframe prior to expiration. If a validation lapses or is canceled, standard updated rates will apply upon re-application.
Due to the nature of the service, which involves immediate technical review and document verification upon request submission, fees are non-refundable once the Digital Trust Validation process has commenced, regardless of whether the final evaluation outcome is approved or unapproved.
If the evaluation produces observations or temporary non-compliance, the applicant is granted a 15-business-day correction window to rectify noted items at no additional fee.
Under no circumstances shall SGSD, its directors, employees, or commercial partners be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including commercial losses or reputational disputes between third parties.
SGSD's total financial liability to any applicant or customer for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific validation fee giving rise to the claim.
All methodologies, standards (including ESCODI-QRO-001 V1.0), trademarks, seals, software algorithms, and content displayed on QRO. VERIFICADO are protected by Mexican intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
SGSD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published directly on this URL: https://qroverificado.com/terminos-condiciones.php with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For the interpretation, fulfillment, and execution of these Terms & Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and applicable laws of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
