Overview
The life cycle of the Digital Trust Badge outlines the journey of a business from its initial application to renewal, suspension, or eventual revocation. These stages map directly to the technical phases defined in the event engine of QRO. VERIFICADO.
Detailed Stage Descriptions
1. Application (FaseExpediente::SOLICITUD)
The merchant registers their commercial data and domain name. The system generates a validation folio (e.g., QV-26011) and initializes the dossier.
2. Payment (FaseExpediente::PAGO)
The merchant completes the payment via Stripe webhook confirmation or manually uploads a SPEI bank transfer receipt.
3. Documentation (FaseExpediente::DOCUMENTACION)
The merchant uploads their tax registration (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) and operational representative identification documents for verification.
4. Technical Audit (FaseExpediente::AUDITORIA)
An authorized auditor evaluates the website against the ESCODI-QRO-001 V1.0 checklist, inspecting SSL, privacy notices, contact methods, and operation.
5. Correction Grace Period (FaseExpediente::AUDITORIA)
If minor anomalies are found, the dossier transitions to a correction phase, allowing the merchant a grace period to resolve issues.
6. Certification (FaseExpediente::CERTIFICACION)
Upon verifying full compliance, the certificate is emitted. The digital badge is activated on the target domain, and the business is listed in the verified directory.
7. Follow-up Tracking (FaseExpediente::POST_CERTIFICACION)
During the active year, the system performs scheduled audits to ensure continuous compliance with security and privacy rules.
8. Renewal (FaseExpediente::RENOVACION)
Starting 30 days before expiration, the renewal cycle updates documents and reviews security parameters to refrendo the validation for another year.
9. Suspension (FaseExpediente::POST_CERTIFICACION)
If non-compliance occurs or renewal is omitted, the seal is temporarily suspended, presenting warnings in public registries.
10. Revocation (FaseExpediente::POST_CERTIFICACION)
The definitive withdrawal of the badge due to uncorrected observations, fraud, or false documentation.
