How the Trust Seal Works

A guide for users and business owners on the operation, benefits, and rules of our dynamic trust seal.

✨ 1. What is a Dynamic Seal?

Unlike a static logo or an image that can be easily copied and pasted, the QRO. VERIFICADO seal is a live widget. It runs a script directly from our official server, verifying in real-time that the business holds an active validation certificate.

When a consumer clicks on the seal, it opens our secure public registry page to show the details of the Technical Audit (security, local existence, tax compliance, contact methods, and policies).

💻 2. Correct Installation

To maintain the seal active, business owners must install the official HTML/JS snippet on their authorized domain. Capturing screenshots or altering the widget code is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ What if a warning appears?

If the validation certificate expires, is suspended for uncorrected technical flaws, or if the widget code is placed on an unauthorized domain, the seal will change status.

In these cases, the seal will show a warning status (Suspended, Revoked, or Unauthorized). The merchant must log in to their dashboard to review observations or re-apply for validation.

🚀 3. Benefits of the Seal

By displaying our seal, you demonstrate compliance with the ESCODI-QRO-001 V1.0 standard, boosting user trust, conversion rates, and corporate transparency.
